| 8x57mm; 50% blue, poor bore, good stock, 23.5'' barrel, J.P. Sauer manufacture, dated 42, eagle/359 proof on right receiver ring. Original matching bolt and bolt catch. Rest of this rifle is a mix of parts from various Mauser rifles. Beechwood two piece butt stock which appears to be Polish, stamped trigger guard and floorplate from a later Mauser 98K. Lower band from a VZ24. Missing screw in the rear sight base and a lock screw on the trigger guard. Bore is worn, dark and rusty., s/n 26xxt |
