| 9x19mm; 92% blue, good bore, good grips, 4'' barrel, This Luger pistol has been assembled using some matching numbered parts from a later 42 code P.08 Luger. Original blued finish and checkered walnut grips, not numbered. It appears that the center toggle and breechbolt are later 42 code parts, having an eagle/swaz acceptance mark on the bolt. The safety, trigger and takedown lever appear to be from the the 42 code Luger, having blued finish instead of strawed finish. The remainder of the matching parts are the original 36 date Luger parts. The magazine is a blued extruded variation with pinned aluminum base which is not numbered, the magazine body is fxo code and eagle/37 proofed. The right side of the receiver has two droop eagle/63 proofs and the droop eagle military acceptance mark. The barrel is also marked with droop eagle/63 and military acceptance proofs. The metal finish is showiing high point holster wear and handliing scratches. The left grip panel has a small chip under the safety lever. Mechanically fine. The bore has strong rifling with corrosion throughout. Good shooter grade pistol., s/n 20xxn, Catalog Number M-131 |
