| 9x19mm; 94% blue, good bore, 4'' barrel, Original blued finish and checkered walnut grips. Matching serial numbers except the hold open and magazine. The left grip panel has a matching number, right side is not numbered. Proper variation blued sheet steel magazine with aluminum base which is numbered 5151t with a stick eagle/63 proof. The center toggle is stamped with the Mauser code "S/42" and the date 1938 is stamped over the chamber. The right side of the receiver is stamped with two stick eagle/63 proofs and a droop eagle military test proof. Unmarked rear toggle pin. Metal finish shows edge wear with some minor pin prick pitting along the right side frame rail and top edge of the receiver. Thin finish on the sideplate, which although is matching is a possible replacement. A decent looking shooter grade Luger pistol., s/n 40xxd, Catalog Number M-125 |
