| 9x19mm; 94% blue, 60% straw, very good bore, very good+ grips, 4'' barrel, G date (1935) with original blued finish, strawed small parts and checkered walnut grips. All matching serial numbers including the toggle pin, firing pin, grips. The magazine is stamped with a questionable matching serial number, without suffix letter and is eagle/655 proofed. The top of the center toggle is stamped with the Mauser code "S/42", the "G" date code is located on top of the chamber. Right side of the receiver is marked with two droop eagle/63 proofs and a droop eagle military acceptance proof. The barrel is also marked with droop eagle/63 and acceptance proofs. The metal finish shows wear on the expected high points from holstering. The grip frame and sideplate show some thinning finish. The grip retain sharp checkering, the left panel has a tiny chip under the safety lever. Mechanically in fine condition. The bore has shine and sharp rifling, showing light corrosion in the grooves., s/n 49xxe, Catalog Number M-127 |
