| 8.15 X 46; 98% blue, excellent bore, good stock, 29'' barrel, Original blue finish and finger grooved walnut stock. Numbered parts are matching. Crown/B, U, G and N proofed. Marked on top of the reciever bridge with a 7-line Mauser banner. Top of receiver ring marked an eagle/swaz crest over "T.St.V." and the serial number which is the mark for Tiroler Standschützenverband (Austrian Tyrol Target Shooting Federation) of Gau Tirol-Vorarlberg, an area of northern Austria. The right side of the stock butt is stamped "St.V.L.". These rifles were used for military rifle match shooting, with a standard inverted V fixed front sight and a tangent rear sight with windage adjustment, marked for 100, 175 and 300 meters. The metal finish shows very little wear, the stock has scattered handling marks and dings. The rifles action has internal storage grease which will need cleaning before use. Mechanically fine.
