| 4mm; 95% blue, good bore, very good stock, 28 5/8'' barrel, Manufactured in Germany circa 1930. Original blue finish octagonal barrel, casehardened frame, lever, rear sight, and buttplate. Mounted in shell pattern carved and checkered walnut, stock with cheekrest and right side thumb rest. Falling block action single shot rifle. Fixed front sight with protected fine post. Fully adjustable diopter type rear sight. Adjustable double set triggers. Commercial crown/B, U and G proofs. 6 inch grooved flat on top of barrel. The internal 4mm barrel is actually 8-10 inches long. Marked on top of the barrel chamber "P. VILLFORTH, ESSLINGEN". Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 21 |
