| 12 Ga; 98% blue, excellent bore, excellent stock, 30'' barrel, Manufactured in 1899. Marked on top of the matted barrel rib "PARKER BROTHERS, MAKERS, MERIDAN, CONN. VULCAN STEEL" with both sides of the frame engraved "PARKER BROS". The watertable is stamped with the serial number 90829 and with patent information "PAT'D JAN. 18, AUG. 16 1887/MAY 7-OCT. 8 1889". The bottom of the right barrel is stamped with a patent marking "PAT'D APR. 11 1876" and the forearm latch is stamped "PAT'D. MAR. 26, 1878". The serial numbers on the frame, barrel and forearm are matching. Features a boxlock action, extractors, double triggers, latch release forearm and a round knob grip stock. 2 3/4 inch chambers with Full chokes. This gun has had the finish and case colors restored, and the checkering on the original walnut wood expertly cleaned up. The gun retains the original front sight bead and buttplate. The metal and wood show minor handling since the restoration. The barrels appear to have had some dents removed, though you can still feel and see the evidence.
