| 12 Ga; 70% blue, excellent bore, good stock, 30'' barrel, Manufactured in 1904 with blue finish steel barrelsm casehardened size 2 frame and mounted in checkered walnut. 2 3/4 inch chambers with Full and Modified chokes. Marked on top of the matted barrel rib "PARKER BROTHERS, MAKERS, MERIDEN, CONN. VULCAN STEEL" and on both sides of the frame "PARKER BROS". Features a boxlock action, extractors, double triggers, latch release forearm with metal tip and a full grip stock with checkered flats. The stock retains the original grip cap and has had a White Line vented recoil pad fitted. Length of pull is 14 inches. The finish on the barrels is thinning to an even blue/patina with scattered minor handling scratches. There is a tiny dent on the side of the left barrel approximately 6 inches from the muzzle. The frame shows traces of fading case color overall. The wood has some minor dings and has had a coat of varnish applied at some point. The checkering remains sharp. Mechanically fine with tight lockup., s/n 1241xx |
