| 12 Ga; 60% blue, very good bore, good stock, 26.75'' barrel, Manufactured in 1904 with blue finish steel barrels, casehardened number 2 frame and mounted in checkered walnut. The chambers have been lengthened to 3 inches. The barrels have been shortened to length and the chokes gauge Cylinder. Features a boxlock action, extractors, double triggers, latch release forearm with metal tip and a full grip stock with the original grip cap and buttplate. Length of pull is 14.25 inches. Marked on top of the matted barrel rib "PARKER BROTHERS MAKERS, MERIDEN CONN. VULCAN STEEL". Both sides of the frame are engraved "PARKER BROS". The barrels have an old reblued finish which now shows some thinning. The frame has no remaining case colors. The wood has a few minor dings with sharp checkering. Mechanically fine with good lockup., s/n 1289xx |
