| 9x19mm; 96% blue, very good+ bore, very good+ grips, 4'' barrel, Original blued finish and checkered black plastic grips. Matching numbers including the magazine. The magazine is a blued extruded steel variation with pinned aluminum base, body fxo coe marked and eagle/37 proofed. "byf" Mauser code stamped on top of the center toggle. Date "41" over the chamber. The right side of the receiver is marked with two eagle/655 proofs and the eagle/swaztika military acceptance mark. Eagle/655 proof located over the left side of the barrel. Rig, includes an original black leather P.08 holster in Good condition, some external finish wear and scuffing, original stitching intact. Code marked on the reverse "jme/1941" over an eagle/WaA14 proof. Inside the holster is an extra magzine, fxo e/37 proofed black base in excellent condtion, and an original eagle/655 proofed takedown tool in the pouch under the flap. Capturing GI's hand written name under the flap, "HAROLD DIEHL". Metal finish on the pistol shows sharp edge and light high point holster wear. Finish is even overall. Mechanically fine with a bright strong bore. No import markings., s/n 60xxt, Catalog Number BW-21 |
