THE HOLD OPEN IS UNNUMBERED. CVOMES IN A MODIFIED DUTCH FLAP HOLSTER. THE PLAQUE ON THE FRAME DENOTES STAFF OF THE 4'TH INFANTRY REGIMENT, PISTOL NUMBER 25.
