| 8x58mmR; 98% blue, excellent bore, very good+ stock, 31.5'' barrel, Remington 1867 rolling block rifle. Barrel has some light edge wear on the tip, as well as some light scratches, left side is stamped with "19342/95" and the right side is stamped with "14056". Top of receiver on tang is stamped with "Remington’s Ilion N.Y. U.S.A. Pat May 30 Nov 15th, 1864, April 17th 1886". Stock is in very good + condition with some light scratches and impressions on the top and bottom butt end, the right side of the center stock has a brass medallion stamped with "27 R B No. 513". Butt plate, hammer, and breach all have matching number "14056". Stock grips are in very good condition with some light impressions. Forearm also has some wear and light scratches., s/n 140xx |
