| 45 ACP; 92% parkerized, very good+ bore, excellent grips, 5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1943. Right frame stamped, UNITED STATES PROPERTY/ NO 2448579, Right side of slide stamped, M1911 A1 U.S.ARMY. Left side of slide is stamped with 2-line address. Early marked Remington barrel, P on left side of lug, is bright with light frost in grooves. Two-tone without lanyard loop magazine. Grips are later Keyes Fiber Co. grips with ribs and star with "K" in center with reinforcing rings around the screw holes.
