| 12 Gauge; 70% blue, very good bore, good stock, 28'' barrel, US Military marked, issued for training and guard use. 2 3/4 inch chamber with a Full choke plain barrel. Standard remington markings and proofs of the period, the top of the barrel above the chamber is stamped with a flaming bomb. The left side of the receiver is stamped U.S. flaming bomb MILITARY FINISH. Mounted in walnut, the stock may be a replacement with a checkered grip and a vented recoil pad added. LOP is 14 7/8 inches. The metal finish has faded to blue/patina mix overall with some cold blue touch up. The wood shows light handling. Mechanically fine. The bore has some minor spotting. C&R/FFL, s/n 7123xx |
