| 35 Rem; 60% blue, very good bore, good stock, 24'' barrel, Manufactured 1936-1950, this example is has a date code "EE" making it a first year production in 1936. Original blue finish, mounted in plain walnut. Ramped fixed front and elevation adjustable rear sights. The metal finish shows some wear and thinning overall. The stock and forend are possible later factory replacement wood, the original metal buttplate fitted. There toe of the buttstock has been expertly repaired. Mechanically fine. The bore has shine and sharp rifling, showing minor frost throughout. C&R/FFL, s/n 74xx |
