| 45 ACP; 95% blue, excellent bore, good grips, 5'' barrel, Du-Lite blue metal finish, checkered plastic Keyes grips with narrow rings. Original fixed sights. "NO" serial number prefix. Second style slide logo. Flanery barrel. Serrated slide stop, checkered thumb safety, narrow checkered short spur hammer, 8 rib mainspring housing, knurled stamped trigger. Stamped on the right side of the frame with the ordnance wheel escutcheon behind the grip. "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" over the serial number and "M 1911 A1 U.S. ARMY" on the extension. The left side of the frame is stamped with an FJA inspector mark and P proof next to the magazine catch. Blued finish Scovill magazine. The metal finish shows some sharp edge wear with handling scratches on the front grip frame strap. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 22014xx |
