| 16 GA; 97% blue, very good+ bore, good stock, 27.5'' barrel, RHEINMETALL NR4 SEMI AUTO SHOTGUN PRODUCED FROM 1922/27 IN VERY GOOD USED CONDITION. THESE WERE MADE IN 16 GA WITH SHORT 2 9/16" CHAMBERS. THOUGH LOOKING SIMILAR TO THE BROWNING DESIGN THEY HAS FIXED BARRELS. THE BRIGHT ORIGINAL BLUING ON THIS EXAMPLE SHOWS LIGHT WEAR AND IS EVEN OVERALL. THE BORE IS BRIGHT WITH A MEDIUM CHOKE. THE BUTT STOCK HAS A CHECKERED GRIP WITH A LOP OF13.75", SHOWING LIGHT WEAR. THE CHECKERED FOREARM HAS A 2" HAIRLINE CRACK AT THE RIGHT RECEIVER. THSES ARE SOMEWHAT RARE WITH AN ESTIMATED 5000 PRODUCED., s/n 27xx |
