| 32 ACP; 93% blue, very good+ bore, very good grips, 3.4'' barrel, Late wartime production with original blued finish and checkered plastic grips. No proofing, serial number located on the left rear frame, and the slide is marked on the left side "Cal.7,65". No provision for the slide safety and visible machining marks on the metal. The slide is serial numbered on the bottom near the muzzle, however is one number off. It appears on the last number there was an overstamp attempt. We believe this is a factory mistake, not uncommon at this poiint during the war. The metal finish shows some fairly light edge and holstering wear. There is a very small area on the web of the rear grip frame of some corrosion. The left grip panel has the intertwined S and S trademark of Sauer & Sohn. Factory original magazine. Overall an exceptional example of a late war produced 38H pistol., s/n 5088xx |
