| 12ga; 95% blue, excellent bore, good stock, 28.25'' barrel, Sauer & Sohn model 8 double barrel shotgun chambered for 12g 2.75in shells, firring pins intact, fixed with an extractor. Barrel has some user wear, moderate edge wear to the tip, the top of both sides near the receiver are stamped with "Special-Gewehr-LaufStahl Fried,Krupp.A.G. Essen", also does have some minor oxidation/patina. Receiver has both cocking indicators intact, moderate patina/oxidation, both sides are stamped with "J.P.Sauer & Sohn Suhl", the underside is stamped with "FortunawerkVebSuhl". Stock is in good condition with several scratches and impressions, has modified pins stamped into the spine and left side. Black plastic butt plate is stamped with "SS" Sauer & Sohn proof., s/n 3968xx |
