| 80% blue, 20% straw, fair bore, good grips, 4'' barrel, Original blued finish, strawed small parts and checkered walnut grips. Matching serial numbers except the un-numbered wood bottom magazine. All parts that should be are Simson eagle/6 proofed. Grips stamped with the full serial number and eagle/6 proof. Top of the toggle is stamped "SIMSON & Co / SUHL". The right side of the receiver is stamped with stacked eagle/6 proofs, eagle/33 and eagle/46 proofs along with the military test proof. An additional test proof is located on the right side of the barrel. An eagle/RC and eagle/6 proof are located over the left side of the barrel. The blued finish is dulling slightly and showing high edge wear, with finish loss on the sideplate. The grip frame straps are dulling to a brown patina. The grips show some smoothing to the checkering on the bottom corners. Rig, includes an unmarked black dyed holster which is in very good overall condition, original stitching intact. Also a KI marked takedown tool which is serial numbered "9018"., s/n 98xx, Catalog Number SS-15 |
