| 12 GA; 90% blue, very good bore, good stock, 28 3/8'' barrel, Manufactured ca.1930. Original blued finish barrels with matted concave rib, silver bead sight, 2 5/8 inch chambers with Full/Full chokes. Anson & Deeley casehardened boxlock action with Greener crossbolt and side mount cocking indicators, double triggers. Fancy checkered walnut stock with English style straight grip. 14 inch LOP with basket weave pattern bone buttplate. Tops of both barrels marked "FLUSS-STAHL KRUPP-ESSEN". Top of barrel rib engraved "SIMSON & CO SUHL/WAFFENFABRIKEN". Barrels have scattered handling marks and some minor spotting. Wood shows light handling wear, there is a natural split over the right side of the stock at the heel. Mechanically fine with good barrel lockup., s/n 246xx |
