| 9x19mm; 92% blue, 60% straw, very good bore, very good grips, 4'' barrel, Exceptional and very scarce Simson S code P.08 Luger with original blued finish, strawed small parts and matching number checkered walnut grips. Pistol is all matching except the magazine. The magazine is the proper variation with aluminum base, serial numbered 2005, with Simson eagle/6 proofs at the front and rear of the base. All parts on the pistol have the eagle/6 proof including the grip screws. The top of the toggle is stamped with the "S" code. Blank chamber. The right side of the receiver is stamped with a series of three eagle/6 proofs and the military acceptance mark. Barrel is stamped over the right side with the acceptance mark, and with an eagle/6 and eagle/RC proofs over the left side. The metal finish shows some edge wear, with fading on the grip frame straps. The sideplate has a browned area at the rear edge. The bore is bright with strong rifling., s/n 14xxa, Catalog Number SS-09 |
