| 44 S&W; very good+ bore, excellent grips, 8'' barrel, SMITH & WESSON NO.3 FIRST AMERICAN MODEL IN ANTIQUE EXCELLENT CONDITION MADE BETWEEN 1870-1872. THE NICKLE PLATED FINSIH IS A CONSERVATIVE 90% SHOWING THE HEAVIEST WEAR AND FINISH LOSS ON THE CYLINDER AND AT THE LEFT MUZZLE. THE BORE IS MIRROR BRIGHT WITH EXCELLENT RIFLING WITH JUST A TOUCH OF EXTREMELY LIGHT OXIDATION. THE SMOOTH WALNUT GRIPS ARE EXCELLENT AND NUMBERED TO THE GUN. THIS IS AN EXCEPTIONALLY NICE S&W AMERICAN IN HIGH CONDITION AS MOST SAW HARD USE., s/n 41xx |
