| 45 S&W Schofield; 95% blue, very good bore, very good grips, 7'' barrel, 2nd standard model US marked. Original high poish blued finish with slight dulling on barrel and cylinder, main wear is to the sharp edges, with some scattered light spotting overall. Case color on the hammer and trigger guard has aged to a smooth gray with traces of color in protected areas only. Crisp markings on the sides of the barrel. Serial numbered on the butt of the frame along with the "US" marking. Original walnut grips, the right panel stamped with a clear script CW inspector mark, left panel with a clear script DAL inspector mark and 1877 date. The top of the frame is stamped with a "rack" number 172. Mechanically in fine condition., s/n 77xx |
