| 12 Ga; 85% blue, excellent bore, good stock, 26 3/8'' barrel, Fine quality and a close copy of the German Merkel over/under guns, this example is marked on the left side of the barrel chamber "Fca AGUIRRE Y ARANZABAL/EIBAR-ESPANA" and on the right side of the barrel chamber "CANONES DEMI-BLOC/BELLOTA". 2 3/4 inch chambers with both chokes gauging Modified. The barrels have been shortened to length. Blue finish barrels, casehardened frame and mounted in checkered walnut. Features matted solid rib barrels with front and center beads, automatic ejectors, double triggers, side mounted cocking indicators, latch release forearm and a full grip stock with cheekrest. The barrels show some finish wear and minor handling scratches. The wood has some minor dings and scuffs. The stock has been shortened to a 13.75 inch LOP pull, altered in size and refinished in the butt area. Mechanically fine with tight lockup., s/n 2303xx |
