| 22 Long Rifle; excellent bore, very good stock, 24'' barrel, Build up, this is not proclaimed to be an original Hoffer Thomspon trainer. Original SA 4-20 barrel. Parkerized finish, mounted in a walnut straight grip 2 lug stock without finger grooves and walnut WW2 era handguard. The receiver has a black finish over pitting. Standard military ladder rear sight with the base sleeve mounted on the barrel canted to the right. Milled small parts with Remington R marked upper band and bolt safety. The stock has a faint boxed AAR rebuild stamped on the left side. Includes the attached M1907 leather sling with 1918 date in very good condition. No "22" stamps on the receiver or components. No 22 dummy 30/06 cahmber inserts included. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 9126xx |
