| 7.62mm; 98% parkerized, excellent bore, very good+ stock, 22'' barrel, The Springfield M1A is the classic semi-auto only version of the famed M14 rifle used by the U.S. military before the introduction of the M16. It was built with surplus G.I. parts with an early 4-digit s/n receiver, NM barrel, flash hider, wing protected blade front sight with bayonet lug, aperture rear sight and is fitted with the ART II 3x9 scope (s/n 5405), optics arte sharp and clear. The stock has a few handling / storage marks, and the M14 selector switch notch, plastic hand guard. The buttplate has the plastic cleaning kit / oil tube, but no cleaning kit components.
