| 30-40 Krag; 96% blue, good bore, excellent stock, 24'' barrel, SPRINGFIELD MODEL 1898 RIFLE THAT WAS REFINISHED AND SPORTERRIZED. THE BLUING AS REDONE SHOWS LIGHT PITTING ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BARREL OTHERWISE IT IS EVEN OVERALL. THE BORE HAS WORN BUT STILL GOOD RIFLING WITH LIGHT OXIDATION PRESENT. THE STOCK AND HANDGUARD ARE IN EXCELLENT REFINISHED CONDITION. THE RIFLE HAS A BEAD FRONT SIGHT WITH THE ORIGINAL 2000 YARD MILITARY REAR SIGHT PLUS AN APERATURE REAR SIGHT ADDED TO THE RECEIVER.
