| 22 Long Rifle; excellent bore, fair stock, 24'' barrel, Original smooth dark parkerized metal finish and walnut half stock with finger grooves, fitted with the original coarse checkered buttplate. Barrel SA 8-27. Standard fixed front sight. Lyman aperature rear sight. M2 marked bolt with the matching serial number electro-penciled on the bolt body. Marked on top of the receiver ring US./SPRINGFIELD/ARMORY/M1922 MI./CAL..22. Missing the upper and lower sling swivel assemblies, magazine, rear sight aperature disc and windage adjusting wheel. The metal finish shows some thinning, with light surface spotting scattered overall. The wood has small dings and scratches overall, with a tight crack on the left side of the grip. Mechanically fine with a clean bore. C&R/FFL, s/n 131xx |
