| 45-70 Government; 60% blue, very good bore, good stock, 32.5'' barrel, SPRINGFIELD MODEL 1873 TRAPDOOR INFANTRY RIFLE IN 45-70 CALIBER IN GOOD CONDITION. THE BLUING HAS TURNED PATINA. THE BREACH BOLT RETAINS APPROX 10% OF ITS CASE COLORS. THE BORE IS BRIGHT WITH VERY GOOD RIFLING ALONG WITH LIGHT OXIDATION. THE STOCK IS GOOD SHOWING LIGHT HANDLING MARKS AND 2 COMPRESSION DENTS AHESD OF THE REAR BAND ON THE RIGHT SIDE. THE CARTOUCHE ON THE LEFT SIDE IS NON READABLE. COMES WITH AN EXCELLENT US MARKED BAYONET AND SCABBARD WITH AN INTACT FROG AND BRASS CLIP. |
