| 8mm Lebel; 92% blue, very good bore, very good stock, 31 1/2'' barrel, Non-nuimbers matching gun. The serial number is stamped on the barrel and covered by the handguard. The stock has been refinished and repaired. There is a crack that runs from the wrist to the buttplate where it was repaired. The left side of the receiver is marked "St. Etienne MLE 1907 M 16". The rear trigger guard screw is missing. Tangent rear sight is not graduated. The front sight is a bladed post set atop a raised base. The wood has scatttered abrasions. The metal finish has edge wear and light bluing loss. The bore has good rifling and is overall a bit dark with rougher grooves., s/n 41xx |
