| 22 S/L/LR; 95% blue, good bore, very good grips, 8'' barrel, This is a refinished single shot pistol with a barrel that tips-up at the rear, released by a thumb latch on the left side of the frame. The left barrel flat is marked “J. STEVENS ARMS COMPANY / CHICOPEE FALLS, MASS. U.S.A.” The right barrel flat is marked “TRADE MARK / STEVENS / REG. U.S. PAT. OFF & FGN”. 8-inch tapered barrel. The front sight is a tall post style blade that is dovetailed into the barrel. The rear sight is a flat topped square notched target sight dovetailed into the top of the frame. The sight is adjustable for windage and elevation. ½- inch cocking knob. The bore has a light frost., s/n 48xx |
