| 8mm Mauser; 60% blue, fair bore, very good stock, 29.1'' barrel, Gewehr m1888 rifle commission rifle made by Steyr in 1890. The rifle has been arsenal refinished and as refinished the bluing is very good. There is pitting under the bluing on the barrel. The bore is bright with distinct rifling with light oxidation present. The numbers are a mix from different rifles during the arsenal rebuild. The stock is solid and very good with an, Oval HK / C / oval HK, on bottom of wrist. Tip of cleaning rod is broken off., s/n 93xx |
