| 8mm Mauser; 70% blue, good bore, fair stock, 24'' barrel, 98 Mauser action, K. Kale manufacture with a 1945 date. Worn original blue finish and beechwood stock. Non-matching, turned down bolt handle. Import marked on the end of the barrel. Shows wear and handling. There is a crack on the handguard between the rear sight and receiver ring and at the upper tip. The stock toe has a field repaired large chip. Cleaning rod present. The screw for the bolt release is stripped but holding. Mechanically fine. The bore shows frost and some darkness in the grooves. C&R/FFL, s/n 104xx |
