| 30-06 Cal; good bore, good stock, 24'' barrel, SA 3-43 barrel with bright face chamber. Original parkerized finish thinning over all. Mounted in a walnut stock and handguards. SA -12 bolt, SA -6 uncut operating rod, SA -12 trigger housing, SA -3 hammer, SA -9 safety, SA short fork follower rod, slotted cylinder lock, SA lock bar rear sight. Stock stamped on the left side with a boxed SA/EMcF cartouche and ordnance escutcheon. Serifed circle P firing proof low on the grip. Small ordnance escutcheon on the bottom of the grip. Lock up is good. Mechanically fine. TE=5.5, tight muzzle. The bore shows some frost in the grooves. No import markings. C&R/FFL, s/n 14440xx |
