| Lot of 20 pair. Covers or liners? These came to us along with a group of 1950s era Civil Defense items which had been in storage locally for years. It is assumed that these were to be used as boot covers for possible contaminated areas by Civil Defense personnel. Unissued, a bit dirty from storage and noticed some mothing on a few, mostly minor but one pair has been eaten up pretty good. All are ink stamped on the bottom with the size marking "L"., |
