| Lot of two. 1. These machetes were made by Ontario Knife Company for Shreck Wholesale Industries in the 1970's. They are not World War Two issue machetes. Nevertheless, it’s a wonderful 18” blade measuring 23” in overall length and is an impressive and affordable machete with a WW2 connection. The blade is stamped with Ontario Knife Company and US. This machete is in excellent condition and look like it has never been sharpened. The green canvas scabbard is marked with ML Co 1945A and is in very good condition. 2 . US Army pick axe with carrier. The carrier is marked US.The handle & head are both unmarked. All three pieces are in very good shape (likely saw little use)., |
