| 16 Ga/7x57R; 60% blue, excellent bore, good stock, 23 5/8'' barrel, Manufactured in Germany, dated November 1957. Original blue finish barrels with double claw mounts. Silver finish frame. Mounted in checkered walnut. 2 3/4 inch shotgun chambers with Full chokes. Features a Greener style crossbolt and side safety, extractors, side mounted cocking indicators for the shotgun barrels and a top mounted indicator for the rifle barrel, front set double triggers with a plastic trigger guard, latch release forearm and a full grip stock with cheekrest. The stock is fitted with the original plastic buttplate, LOP is 14.25 inches. The gun has mounted a Hensoldt Wetzlar Diatal 6X42 scope with heavy pointer/crosshair reticle and clear optics. The finish on the barrels shows wear and thinning, especially above the forearm from handling. The wood has some light dings and scuffs. The lower sling swivel mounted on the butt is missing. There appears to be a minor repair to the tip of the trigger guard on the grip. Mechanically fine with tight lockup. The shotgun bores are smooth and bright. The rifle bore has sharp rifling with some light frosting which may clean up fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 410xx |
