THE RIFLE IS REFERENCED ON PAGE 204 IN MR SIMPSONS BOOK "TRAINING RIFLES OF THE THIRD REICH GERMANY." THE BOLT APPEARS TO BE A MISMATCHED ERMA BOLT 9906. THE BLUING IS BRIGHT ON THE RECEIVER BUT DULLED ON THE BARREL AND MOSTLY GONE ON THE TRIGGER GUARD. THE BORE IS MIRROR BRIGHT WITH EXCELLENT RIFLING. THE TOP OF THE BARREL IS "DLV" MARKED. THE STOCK HAS NUMEROUS DINGS, SCRATCHES AND COMPRESSION DENTS. COMES WITH A K98 SLING., s/n 22xx |
