| 12 Ga; fair bore, fair stock, 32'' barrel, German manufactured percussion double barrel shotgun, marked on the right lockplate "I. MACK" and on the left lockplate "WALDKIRCH". The casehardened lockplates and upper tang, and blued trigger guard with a long tang have some scroll engraving. Checkered walnut stock a straight grip and cheekrest, fitted with a steel buttplate with an engraved tang. Wedged forend with an engraved metal tip. The barrels have turned an even rust brown patina with surface spotting overall. The stock has minor handling dings, and has cracks on both sides of the wrist behind the lockplates, running down to the trigger guard. The stock remains solid. Both actions work well. The original ramrod with a brass tip on one end and a worm fitting on the other is present. The ramrod has two repaired breaks. There appears to be a missing name plate on the bottom of the forend.
