| 8mm Mauser; 80% blue, good bore, good stock, 22'' barrel, Original blue finish, walnut stock and plastic handgaurd. Scarce push button bolt release located on the left side. Matching except the receiver cover, bolt, bolt carrier and rear sight leaf. The cover, bolt and carrier are eagle/214 proofed and match each other. Other parts are eagle/359 proofed except the matching number cupped buttplate which is marked "bpr/41" with an eagle/WaA497 proof. The right side of the receiver is stamped with two eagle/359 proofs, one appears to be electro-penciled. Original cleaning rod present. The front sight hood is a possible reproduction. The stock has many small dings with a previous owners initials carved onto the left side of the stock. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 48xx |
