| 455 Webley; 80% blue, excellent bore, very good grips, 6'' barrel, Scarce variation, one of very few of this model manufactured with the lightening hole cuts thru the holster guides and small front flutes on the cylinder, made in 1904. Original blue finish and checkered hard rubber (vulcanite) grips. Marked along the left side of the barrel strap "WEBLEY FOSBERY" and along the left side of frame with the Webley winged bullet logo followed by ".455 CORDITE". Standard British commercial view proofing. Most finish wear is on the cylinder and grip frame straps. There is some scattered minor surface spotting and an area of light pitting on one side of the cylinder. Mechanically excellent with a nice bore. C&R/FFL, s/n 18xx |
