Right side of frame is stamped with s/n and, "WEBLY/PATENTS, left side with, winged bullet. Top strap is stamped with, P.WEBLEY & SON/LONDON & BIRMINGHAN, left side with, MARK "III" 38. Finish is worn, grayed and has scattered patina. Left grip has a repaired crack. Cylinder lockup is loose. Bore is bright., s/n 28xx |
