| 450/455; 92% blue, good bore, good grips, 7.5'' barrel, Manufacture c.1905. Original bright blued finish and checkered walnut grips. Matching serial numbers including the grip panels. Fixed patridge blade front sight and windage drift adjustable rear target sights. Fine checkered trigger face and hammer. The top of the barrel is retailer marked, HOLLAND & HOLLAND. 98. NEW BOND ST. LONDON. The right side of barrel has a previous owners name engraved "T N Micklem". The left barrel strap is marked ""WG" TARGET MODEL". The left side of frame has Webley winged bullet/W&S logo. Metal finish shows edge wear with areas of thinning and spotting. The grips have dings and wearing points on the checkering. The bore has sharp rifling, showing some corrosion and frost throughout. Mechanically in Excellent condition with a crisp smooth action and good barrel lockup and cylinder timing., s/n 184xx |
