| 12 Gauge; fair bore, good stock, 29 7/8'' barrel, Manufactured in England c,1880's. Browned finish Damascus barrels with 2 5/5" chambers. Cylinder chokes, barrels likely shortened long ago. Smooth concave barrel rib, engraved "WESTLEY RICHARDS & CO LONDON". Bright frame and locks with scroll and border engraving. Both locks marked "WESTLEY RICHARDS & CO". Walnut stock with checkered straight grip. 14.75" LOP with original steel buttplate. Checkered forearm with latch release and horn tip. Actions function well. Barrels have slight up/down and side to side play in lockup. Antique, s/n 49xx |
