| 22 CAL; 95% blue, excellent bore, good stock, 30.7'' barrel, SWISS 1889/96 INFANTRY RIFLE ORIGINALLY MADE 1892 AND LATER RECONFIGURED TO A 89/96 RIFLE. AT SOME POINT AFTER THAT IT WAS CONVERTED INTO A 22 RIMFIRE. THE RIFLE IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION OVERALL. THE BOLT IS MATCHING AND THE RECIEVER BEARS THE SWISS RETAIERS NAME "C. DAUBENMFIER. TH BLUING SHOWS LIGHT WEAR ON THE RECEIVER. THE BORE IS MIRROR BRIGHT WITH EXCELLENT RIFLING. THE REFINISHED STOCK HAS A REPAIRED CRACK AT THE TANG AND A PIECE ADDED TO THE BUTT. THE RIGHT BUTT BEARS A PLAQUE WITH THE PREVIOUS OWNERS NAME. COMES WITH A SLING., s/n 272xx |
