| 32-40 Winchester; 40% blue, good bore, fair stock, 30'' barrel, Manufactured in 1913. Original blued finish. Plain walnut stock, forend with ebony tip. Full octagon #2 barrel with fixed front sight, buckhorn rear sight. Tang mounted rear peep sight. Oval WP proofed on top of the barrel and receiver. Metal finish wearing and thinning evenly overall. Stock has cracks on both sides behind the frame. Sling eyes have been added. The action functions well. Bore has shine and strong rifling, light pitting and corrosion throughout., s/n 1009xx |
