| 33 WCF; 50% blue, good bore, good stock, 24'' barrel, Manufactured in 1905. Original blue finish and plain walnut stock with crescent butt. Round barrel with fixed front sight, replacement elevation adjustable rear sight. Stamped on top of the barrel with the Winchester address and patent dated 1884 and 1885 in two lines. Nickel Steel markings on left side of barrel. Oval proofs on top of barrel and frame. Upper tang is marked "MODEL 1886/-WINCHESTER-/TRADE MARK". The metal finish has thinned over all with most loss on the frame, with some minor surface spotting over all. The stock has a repaired crack on the left side upper corner behind the frame. A number "V212166" has been lightly electro-penciled on the bottom of the magazine tube. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 1386xx |
