| 35 WCF; 75% blue, very good bore, good stock, 24'' barrel, Manufactured in 1902. Original blue finish and plain walnut stock, ebony forend tip. Shotgun butt with checkered steel plate. Round barrel, stamped on top of the chamber with an oval WP and oval P proof, indicating replacement post 1905. Receiver has no oval WP proof. Fixed front sight, blade appears to be replacement. Fixed rear sight is a replacement with two folding leafs. Receiver mounted Lyman adjustable peep sight. Wood has had a light coat of varnish applied long ago. Mechanically fine condition., s/n 347xx |
