| 30-03 Cal; 80% blue, fair bore, very good stock, 22'' barrel, Manufactured in 1915. Reblued metal over some scattered light pitting. Original walnut stock. Fixed front sight with brass blade, ladder rear sight graduated to 1800 yards. Saddle ring removed. No U.S. markings. Stamped along the left side of the receiver with the Winchester two line address and patent dates. Top of receiver marked with the oval proof over the caliber designation "30/GOV./'06". Upper tang stamped "MODEL 1895/-WINCHESTER-/TRADE MARK REG. IN U.S. PAT. OFF.". Trap in butt for cleaning rods (rods not included). Mechanically fine. The bore is dark with some pitting and corrosion, muzzle is good. C&R/FFL, s/n 824xx |
